here are some of the activities you can experience

The mix of exciting and rare animals in one half of the park and various fun activities for the whole family in the other half makes many families feel that just one day in the park is too little. See our different options and tickets!

Here are some of the activities you can take part in:

Included in admission : Alpine Racer/bob-track, Bungee Trampoline, Moon cars, Tractors for children, Gold digging, Playland in the Rebella Heks area, Ball binge, Small trampolines, Crash boat area, canoes, fishing, rowboats and bike boats. Including free loan of life jackets from our Kiosk.
Kiosk in high season sells barbecue charcoal, coffee, tea, chocolate, ice cream and very special fairground sweets etc.
The kiosk is closed during low seasons, but we do provide life jackets for use at this door. Remember to return our boats and life jackets to the same rental location!
All the sweets that the Kiosk has during the high summer season can also be found in our gift shop in the entrance during all our seasons!

Barbecue area and bonfire in the heart of Storgamma on rainy days, outdoor grills on fine days for either bringing your own food, -or buying various dishes via our kitchen at Fjellstu and Parkkäf.

The mountain hut* at the entrance to the park and the Park Café at the entrance/exit serve a variety of brunch/lunch, dinner, ice cream and other goodies every day during the high season . We open at 11:00.
Both cafes close at 4:30 p.m. Last exit from the Family Park, including the gift shop in the administration building/reception, is at 6:00 p.m.

Then the Hotel and Inn right across the road E6 are the closest dining options. You can go in and out of the Park all day if you register your ticket at the entrance gate/reception. You go out, back in again and scan your ticket back in at the entrance gate.
NOTE! The family park closes its doors at 4:00 PM . Gift shop closes at 5:00 p.m.

***********

It has become a topic during the year why we have extra prices for various activities that are not included in the entrance fee.
The reason is probably that we feel that not everyone; whether they are small children, parents of children, or the elderly should pay more for the more or less adult use of our more challenging activities. The alternative is then a higher entrance price for all visitors. Which we do not want.
Alpine racers, bungee jumps, crash boats , etc. are still free with the ticket. These can be very challenging to use, from experience.
So activities that only concern adults, or for older children (read: Climbing towers and Ziplines ) that have even greater safety requirements , - should rather see to it that they share the whole for the little participants, and the elderly who cannot take advantage of this. Unfortunately, you can't embrace everyone.
The teddy bear train is special and offers an extra fun experience, usually for young children accompanied by their guardians. The train has its own safety rules and is completely dependent on guardians being with their children under 12 years of age during the ride. And everyone appreciates the train ride!
Our exclusive animal visits are for those who want to experience even more, and our rarest animals up close and personal. That's why our skilled animal keepers are with you during the visit.
The swimming pool is an additional offer we have available at the Hotel/ camping area in season outside the Park area.
For this reason, we have a general starting price for admission to the Park. We would like to challenge ourselves and our visitors to this in the 2025 season.

**********

Here, deep inside the Park at Fjellstu, you will find our popular and exciting… AlpinRacer - bobsleigh track.

ATTENTION! IMPORTANT safety rules for using our AlpinRacer!

Please read our rules carefully here, and on our posted information posters BEFORE you get into your carriage, and listen carefully to the bobsleigh driver before you gain access to the track.
Pregnant women are not recommended to access for safety reasons.
This goes fast! -Remember that you have riders ahead of you at a possibly slower speed! Therefore, always drive carefully .
Always keep a good distance from the nearest sled! Minimum distance between sleds is 25 meters. Slowly count along the way 1001-1002-1003…. as the distance to the nearest sled. Like driving a car. On a wet track 50 meters.

Use brakes where necessary along the way. Always keep a good distance, - follow our signs! - Brake the cart well in advance BEFORE - See our repeated brake signs in the lane !
Keep a good distance, - ALWAYS follow our signage! DO NOT exit the trolley before the exact area marked as disembarkation - and 2 meters after you feel the conveyor belt grab the trolley. See signage above/next to the track WHEN to disembark. - Release the brakes COMPLETELY when the conveyor belt in the entrance hall slowly grabs. Let the trolley enter the conveyor belt ITSELF BEFORE removing your seat belts and ONLY get off at the exact right disembarkation area .

You have plenty of time
. Look for signs in front of and ABOVE you in the entrance building WHEN disembarking, and our posted markings in the runway end area/ceiling and floor markings.

NOTE! Rough driving, racing between users, and misuse, such as not braking in time for the vehicle in front, -driving into the vehicle in front, or getting off too early which could possibly result in a collision, -will result in immediate ban and may result in a separate insurance liability! Recorded on camera.

Ps . Disembarking - jumping out of the car after starting the lift on the way up - or before/at the top/drop will result in immediate exclusion from further use. Recorded on camera.

Safety for all visitors is our strongest priority!
We register all carts in the start and uphill, drop-off and stop area via legally established camera use for safety. All carts have their own number code. We may now have to increase the previously established age limit for driving alone, and check the age and weight of 2 people per cart for safety reasons. Unfortunately, rough driving on the track seems to increase every year. However, there are sometimes different ages and people when indiscretion regarding driving occurs. Unfortunately, we have also experienced adults having some indiscretion, so we must constantly assess everyone who wants to drive on our track before sending them on the track. It is often very time-consuming. However, we do our utmost every day to avoid incidents. In high season, we can have over 1000 visitors to the Park during the day's 8 hours. And several of them will also drive up to several trips on our Alpine racer in one day. There will be a lot of riders in total. The Alpine Racer is located within walking distance of about 1 km deep in the Park at Fjellstu. The course is about 800 m. We must therefore, due to the increased security reasons experienced, possibly now consider ticket sales/written security form for the activity in the 2025 season. Like our Climbing Park and Zipline. Only then will we have control over users if something unforeseen happens. Instead of the Alpine Racer as now; - having free access and use throughout the day of the visit.

* In normal use of the track with already very clearly explained information in different languages and assumed understanding before use, this will hopefully not need to be established.
We strongly believe that people understand this.

2025 season , as climbing is very close to our entrance area. However, entrance to the rest of the Park area will be closed with ONLY this ticket. We will provide information about this on an ongoing basis.

We would like to see more people have the option of just climbing. However, guardians must be available near the Climbing Tower during climbing for their younger climbers under the age of 16. For this reason, stricter control will also be established on entry and exit for this activity.

take the teddy bear train

Experience the park from a new perspective!

The Bamse train runs between Parkkafèen and Fjellstua. And return about 10 minutes after arrival. The train and train driver will probably need to take a 30-minute battery charging break at the main station Parkafèen around 2 pm. Then we're off again!

You can relax on the train and see the animals and the park from a new perspective. Maybe you'll also see our mascot Børge Fjellrev along the way? Do you think he's hiding? Have you had a good look? Maybe by the moose or other animals?

PRICE: NOK 40,- per one-way trip. Children under 3 years old travel free with a guardian.

TICKETS: sold either online, directly by payment card to the Train Driver, at the Entrance in the Park or in the Fjellstua. There may be different departures on some days due to weather conditions etc. Information is announced by the Train Driver at the different 2 stations.

Important! Ask the conductor about your own seat in the different carriages!

Open only in high season from 22.06 to 04.08.
