here are some of the activities you can experience

The mix of exciting and rare animals in one half of the park and various fun activities for the whole family in the other half makes many families feel that just one day in the park is too little. See our different options and tickets!

Here are some of the activities you can take part in:

Included in entry: Alpine Racer/Bob track, Bungee Trampoline, Moon cars, Tractors for kids, Gold digging, Playland in the Rebella Witch area, Ballbinge, Small trampolines, Crash boats on the water, canoes, rowing boats and bicycle boats. Incl. free loan of life jackets from our Kiosk.
Kiosk in high season sells barbecue charcoal, coffee, tea, chocolate, ice cream and very special fairground sweets etc.
The kiosk is closed in low seasons, but we give out life jackets for use at this door. Remember to bring our boats and life jackets back to the same lending location!
All of the Kiosk's candy during the high season can also be found in our souvenir shop in the entrance during all our seasons!

Barbecue area and bonfire at the bottom of Storgamma on rainy days, outdoor barbecues on fine days for either your own food, or buy different dishes via our kitchen at Fjellstu and Parkkafè.

The Fjellstu* in the center of the park and the Park Café at the entrance/exit serve every day in high season brunch/lunch, dinner, ice cream and other goodies. We open sales at 11.00.
Both cafés close serving at 16.30. Last exit Family Park incl. souvenir shop is at 18.00.

During low seasons. the Park Café is closed, but the Fjellstu is open from 11:00 to 15:00. The Fjellstu* may be closed on some days with presumably few visitors in the fall low season. In that case, the hotel and inn just across the E6 road is the nearest eatery. You can go in and out of the park all day if you show/scan your ticket at the entrance.
PLEASE NOTE! Familieparken closes its doors at 16.00. The souvenir shop closes at 17.00 .

**********

Here in the heart of the park at Fjellstu you will find our popular and exciting AlpinRacer- bobsleigh track.

ATTENTION! IMPORTANT safety rules for using our AlpinRacer!

See and read our rules on our posted information posters BEFORE you get in your carriage, and listen carefully to the bob driver before you gain access to the track. Pregnant women no access due to safety.
This goes fast! Remember that you have drivers in front of you at a possible lower speed! Always drive carefully.
Always keep a good distance to the nearest rider! Minimum distance between toboggans is 25 meters. Count slowly along the way 1001-1002-1003 as the distance to the nearest toboggan. Like driving a car. At wet track 50 meters.

Use brakes where necessary along the way. Keep a good distance - follow our signs! - Brake the trolley in good time BEFORE the entrance area. - See our repeated braking signs in the lane!
Keep a good distance - follow our signs! DO NOT get out of the trolley before the exact area signposted disembarkation - and 2 meters more, after you feel the conveyor belt grab the trolley. See signage above/alongside the track WHEN disembarking. - Release the brakes COMPLETELY when the conveyor belt in the drive-in housing slowly takes hold. Let the trolley ITSELF enter the conveyor belt, BEFORE your seat belts are removed and ONLY disembark at the exact right disembarkation area.

You have plenty of time.
See signs in front of and ABOVE you in the entrance building WHEN disembarking, and our posted markings in the track's end area / ceiling and floor marking.

ATTENTION! Rough driving, racing between users, and improper use, such as not braking in good time for the vehicle in front, driving into the vehicle in front, or disembarking too early, which may result in a collision, will result in immediate exclusion and may result in a separate insurance liability! Recorded on camera.

Ps. Disembarking in a carriage after the start of the driveway or before/at the summit/drop will result in immediate exclusion for further use. Recorded on camera.

Safety for all visitors is our strongest priority!
We register all trolleys in the start and climb, drop-off and stop area via legally established camera use for safety. All carts have their own number code. We may have to increase the previously established age limit for driving alone, and check the age and weight of carpooling 2 cars per wagon for safety reasons. Rough driving on the track seems to increase every year. However, there are sometimes different ages and people when incomprehension regarding driving occurs. Unfortunately, we have also experienced some misbehavior among adults, so we must constantly assess everyone who wants to drive on the track before sending them out. This is often very time-consuming. However, we do our utmost every single day to avoid incidents. In high season, we can have over 1,000 visitors in the Park in the course of 8 hours. And many of them will also ride up to several tours of the Alpinracer in one day. That's a lot of riders in total. The alpine racer is located within walking distance of approx. 1 km inside the park at Fjellstu. The course is approx. 800 m long. We must therefore, for experienced upcoming increased safety reasons, consider ticket sales / written safety form for the activity in season 2025. Like our Climbing Park and Zipline. Only then do we have control of users if something unforeseen happens. Instead of Alpinracer as now; - having free access and use throughout the visitor day.

With normal use of the course with already very clearly explained information in different languages and assumed understanding before use, hopefully this does not need to be established.
We have great faith that people understand this.

TICKETS: are sold either online, directly to the train driver by credit card, at the entrance to the park or in Fjellstua. There may be different departures on some days due to weather conditions etc. Information is announced by the train driver at the various 2 stations.
